Be honest. How many times have you picked up your phone today?

We've all done it. A quick check turns into twenty minutes of scrolling, and suddenly your morning has disappeared into a sea of videos you can't even remember watching.

So, we're making a case for No Scroll Sunday, a chance to spend a little less time looking at a screen and a little more time doing whatever makes you feel good. No plans to stick to, no pressure to be productive and absolutely no guilt about doing nothing.

The slow living edit

Sundays are for slowing down

There's something lovely about a slow Sunday. Coffee enjoyed without rushing, music playing in the background and finally getting around to that book that's been sitting on your bedside table for months.

The Natural Edit is inspired by exactly that feeling, bringing together relaxed shapes, grounding neutral tones and beautiful textures that make home feel like somewhere you really want to be.

A little reminder

Sometimes, the best thing on your Sunday to-do list is absolutely nothing.

Your guide to slowing down

Five steps to your slow corner

01

Find your little corner

You don't need a whole room dedicated to doing nothing, although we certainly wouldn't say no. A sunny spot by the window, an unused living room corner or somewhere in your bedroom can all become a place to escape the everyday.

Find somewhere that feels calm and inviting, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, settle in with a book or simply watch the world go by.

02

Make yourself comfortable

Every good slow corner needs a seat worth staying in. Think relaxed bean bags, armchair shapes and roomy loungers in soft woven fabrics, textured bouclé and earthy neutrals from The Natural Edit.

Whether you're curling up with a book or stretching out for an afternoon of doing very little, there's a shape to suit your kind of Sunday. And because our bean bags are lightweight, you can move them around whenever you fancy.

03

Add the finishing touches

The best corners are the ones that feel like you. Drape a throw over your seat, add a cushion and keep a side table nearby for your brew.

Natural textures and grounding shades work beautifully together. Think soft cream, earthy browns and muted greens, with a lamp or a little greenery to bring everything together.

04

Put your phone somewhere else

Easier said than done, we know. Try leaving your phone in another room or somewhere you won't automatically reach for it.

The notifications, emails and endless scrolling will still be there later. Give yourself permission to enjoy a little time without them.

05

Rediscover the little things

Remember having hobbies that didn't involve a screen? Keep a few favourite things close by, whether that's a stack of magazines, a half-finished book, a crossword or a notebook you've been meaning to fill.

Put a record on, pick up your knitting or enjoy a proper cup of coffee without doing anything else at the same time. There's no right way to spend a slow Sunday, and that's rather the point.

A little more time for you

No Scroll Sunday doesn't have to mean switching your phone off for the entire day. Start with an hour, a slow morning or simply a little time that's just for you, and enjoy the moment without checking what's happening elsewhere.

After all, it's not about how long you spend away from your screen, but what you make room for instead. Find your favourite corner, make yourself comfortable and enjoy a Sunday with absolutely nothing to prove.
